1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the imjudi website (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player," "you," "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), including all policies incorporated by reference — among them the imjudi Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and imjudi ("we," "us," "our," "the Company") with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior arrangements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform on their behalf.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the imjudi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
• You are not currently subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other responsible gambling restriction on imjudi or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an imjudi account terminated for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or other states), and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

imjudi reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including requesting government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on imjudi. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts at its absolute discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notifying imjudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

imjudi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. You must not share your account with any other person, sell or transfer your account, or allow a third party to use your account for any purpose.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of RM 10 (or the equivalent remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on imjudi are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts a range of local and international payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. imjudi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 1–4 hours.
• Online banking (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): 1–3 business days.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): within 24 hours, subject to network confirmation times.

imjudi reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-money laundering systems. During such checks, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending satisfactory completion of the review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

imjudi offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and sportsbook enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed the identity verification process.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount or, where a deposit match bonus is offered, the sum of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette may contribute at a reduced rate.
• imjudi reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.

Bonus Abuse: The Company maintains strict anti-bonus-abuse policies. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, round-tripping deposits, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension. imjudi's determination on such matters is final.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on imjudi — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UFC, and other live football events — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded by imjudi's systems. A confirmation message will be displayed on-screen and sent to your account history.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature.
• imjudi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published erroneously due to a technical error or human mistake.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits may be adjusted at imjudi's discretion, including for specific events or for individual accounts.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider will be used. imjudi's decision in applying this result is final.

Live betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. imjudi does not guarantee that odds displayed at the time of selection will be honoured if there is a delay between selection and confirmation due to network issues on the Player's side.

7 Responsible Gambling

imjudi is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity — never a financial strategy or a response to personal hardship. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and amount wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum elected period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on imjudi and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to imjudi immediately; exploiting it for gain is treated as fraud.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to obscure your true location.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at imjudi staff or other Players through any channel.

imjudi employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations of prohibited conduct.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the imjudi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of imjudi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use imjudi's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

imjudi collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and (where applicable) international transfer of your personal information as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using the Platform.

imjudi does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with regulated third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention systems) strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, imjudi shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
• Any failure or interruption of the Platform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• Any gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform.

In all cases where imjudi is found liable despite the limitations above, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your imjudi account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

imjudi reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to the email address registered on your imjudi account, where reasonably practicable.
• Display an in-platform notice for a reasonable period following the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which imjudi holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to imjudi's internal dispute resolution team. imjudi undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified in our licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
